I was born in Dehradun, a small town surrounded by hills, where stories often found me before I even began telling them. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking, and over time, I discovered my true passion lies in Direction and Screenwriting.
I see myself as a visionary, hardworking, and dedicated filmmaker when it comes to bringing stories to life. Outside of films, I’m impulsive, passionate about traveling, and a little quirky—always searching for new experiences that inspire my work.
This website is a reflection of my journey—from having no insight into films to becoming a director and leading a team on my own.
My Story
Like many others, I wasn’t certain about my path after finishing 12th grade. While most of my friends went straight to college, I decided to take a gap year. Films had always fascinated me—whether it was recording childhood memories on a handycam or even a Nokia phone, I felt I was destined to be behind the camera. When I eventually joined college, I initially thought I would pursue Cinematography, but soon discovered my true passion lay in Direction and Screenwriting.
I’ve always been captivated by the unpredictable nature of life and how it shapes us. Writing became my way of transforming fiction into reality—a space where people can step in, set aside their worries, and simply be entertained.
I don’t aspire to be the greatest filmmaker; instead, I strive to become a version of myself that fulfills my pride, passion, and love for storytelling. From starting out as an amateur assistant director to creating my own short films, my journey has taught me that nothing feels impossible anymore, but there is still a lot more to come.
